Special categories of and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents take an interest in their children’s online activities to prevent data being collected about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@workoutswizard.com. We will then delete this information.

- Workouts Wizard analyses your behaviour on the website to improve the website and tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.
Automated decision-making
Workouts Wizard does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could have significant or other consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programmes or systems without human involvement, for example by a Workouts Wizard employee.
How long we retain personal data
Workouts Wizard does not retain your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Workouts Wizard only provides data to third parties if this is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Cookies or similar technologies we use
Workouts Wizard only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the website’s technical operation and your ease of use. They ensure the website works properly and remember your preferences, for example. They also allow us to optimise our website.
Accessing, correcting or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing, to object to the processing of your personal data by Workouts Wizard and to data portability. This means you can ask us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or someone else.
You can send a request to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@workoutswizard.com. To ensure that an access request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with your request. On this copy, black out your photograph, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This protects your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and within four weeks. Workouts Wizard also wishes to inform you that you can lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), via the following link: https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/nl/contact-met-de-autoriteit-persoonsgegevens/tip-ons
