Does the free plan really have no end date?
Yes. The business Lumen plan stays free while you remain within the client limit. You use the complete system without entering bank or credit card details. The limit is 5 stored clients.
What counts towards my client limit?
Every stored client record counts, even if the client no longer actively trains. An archived client record you keep therefore also counts. It is about clients, not the number of workouts or logins.
Do trainers and gyms have different prices?
No. You choose the same business plans and the same complete system. Capacity depends on your stored client base, not your profession or business type.
Do these prices include VAT?
No. All business amounts on this page are monthly prices excluding VAT.
Are there costs besides the subscription?
The amounts shown are the costs of the Workouts Wizard subscription. Any external payment provider fees are separate. See the terms and rates of the payment provider you use.
Is this the same as Premium in the exerciser app?
No. This page concerns the business platform for coaching. For independent app use, see the separate app page. Training through a trainer or club? Ask them which access is included in your coaching.
